i was thinking of taking it. i have already talked about it with my dermatologist. we’re thinking of starting treatment in february. however, i am being prescribed birth control in less than 2 weeks, so should i just wait 1-2 months to see if my acne clears up with the birth control? my acne is mild, my skin is constantly oily. i hate it! i am also afraid of taking accutane because of the side effects. has anybody taken this and did you experience any side effects?

i have a very stubborn pimple, and it wont go away. does putting toothpaste on it actually work or not? if not, how can i get it to go away? i have cetaphil and moisturizers, but ive never needed anything like proactive or anything, should i get it? or is clean and clear better? where do i buy them? thanks!
i use mineral makeup and concealer and stuff so it wont make it worse.

I use the clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser that has benzoyl peroxide in it, but it is no longer effective in getting rid of my acne. So those of you who use a acne cleanser with benzoyl peroxide in it, say what brand it is and how well it works for you.

I’m really paranoid. I recently got a pimple on the border of my lip. I usually get blackheads on my lip so I think it might be an infected blackhead but I’m not sure. I got fed up with it yesterday and popped it. A lot of blood and yellowish pus came out. (gross I know) So I’m pretty sure it’s just a bad pimple but I need some clarification… Is it normal to get zits on your lip or is it a cold sore?

Last week I ended up with a zit (or whatever that’s called) on my upper lip after eating too much Lays chips and fried food. The zit is almost the size of a dime and it hella hurts. Even after five days, it shrunk a little, but it’s been getting harder. So what can I do to get rid of it before it pops (on its own) leaving me a big scar?
